Here’s why it’s a mixed review
The staff was incredibly kind! I had breakfast in my room, featuring delicious pastries and ham. The decor was unique, offering a surprisingly spacious and modern atmosphere.
Noise from nearby venues was very disturbing. it made relaxation nearly impossible. Also, the communication barrier with the front desk was frustrating at times.

The stay was primarily to explore local art, and I found the nearby Casoria Contemporary Art Museum quite captivating, just a short distance away. My Superior Double Room was large and exceptionally clean, which made for a comfortable retreat. The breakfast was enjoyable, featuring a good selection of locally made pastries, ham, and cheeses. I also appreciated the option for early breakfast, even though it wasn’t expansive, it helped me start my day on the right foot.

luxurious, luxurious, luxurious
I was blown away by the personalized service when I arrived. The owner prepared a delicious antipasto platter just for me, knowing I hadn't eaten since morning! The room was a generous size, offering everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It also featured unique decor that set the hotel apart from the usual cookie-cutter chains.

what an absolute displeasure. no shuttle to the airport like promised, and loud music blaring until 11:30PM made it impossible to sleep. I expected at least a little upgrade after such inconveniences, but I guess that’s too much to ask. my experience here was entirely wasted, and I just couldn’t give a good review.

Rooms are downright generous, and bless your heart, they even fixed me breakfast in my room! Was mighty impressed with that. Now, I reckon y'all might wanna pack your own iron, ‘cause I couldn’t find one. But that tub? Heaven!

The Superior Double Room was spacious and very clean, with premium bedding that ensured a comfortable night’s sleep. The breakfast was plentiful, featuring delicious locally made pastries, ham, and cheeses. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful, providing local insights and assistance. The nearby supermarket and fabulous pizzeria Diometro added to the appeal.
Could benefit from more tourist info at the front desk.

We enjoyed the spacious Superior Double Room that was perfect for our family of six. The location was superb for our day trips around Naples and the Amalfi Coast. The team was friendly, and the kids loved the daily clean-ups and fresh linens.
My wife says that the breakfast service could have been friendlier.
